This text includes my consent for commercial electronic messages and other messages via electronic communication tools via SMS/text message, push notification, social media and other online advertising networks, automatic dialing, call center, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail/mail, whatsapp, bluetooth, other wireless networks and similar Internet applications to be sent for the purpose of various advantages related to them, and for various promotion, survey, celebration, wish, promotion, advertising, sales and marketing purposes for all sorts of products and services offered to me by Esta İnşaat Sanayi Lojistik Ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, its subsidiaries, group companies and affiliates within the scope of the Law on the Regulation of the Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

Esta İnşaat Sanayi Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Esta İnşaat") olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla kişisel verilerinizi hukuka ve dürüstlük kurallarına uygun, güncel ve doğru, işlendikleri amaçla bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü şekilde işliyor; projelerimiz hakkında bilgi vermek, potansiyel müşteri süreçlerini yürütmek, iletişim süreçlerini yönetmek ve tanıtım süreçlerini gerçekleştirmek amacıyla gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirleri alıyoruz.

Başvurular, talebin niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Değerlendirme ve karar verme sürecinin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret esas alınır.
